Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Railcar Blaster/Painter to join our team at our railcar maintenance facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for blasting equipment to remove paint, dirt, scale, and other materials from railcars and associated parts. You will also operate paint spray guns and apply paint to the exterior of railcars, car parts, assemblies, and subassemblies.

Responsibilities

  • Blast equipment to remove paint, dirt, scale, and other materials from railcars and associated parts
  • Operate paint spray guns and apply paint to the exterior of railcars, car parts, assemblies, and subassemblies
  • Stencil all reporting requirements on railcars, including car identification, test dates, and due dates
