Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Re: Function Health Group Inc. in the Lower Mainland. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping clients return to work safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct functional assessments to identify clients' work capabilities and limitations.
- Develop graded work simulation programs to help clients gradually return to work.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including employers and healthcare professionals, to develop and monitor graduated return-to-work plans.
- Perform job site visits to assess work environments and identify potential hazards.
- Assist with job coaching to help clients develop the skills and confidence needed to return to work.
- Provide timely and effective communication of assessment findings and treatment outcomes to clients and stakeholders.
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current registration and good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of BC (COTBC).
- Possess malpractice insurance of at least $5 million per occurrence.
- Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team and independently.
- Excellent clinical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel to various job sites around the Greater Victoria region.
