Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will encounter a diverse range of tasks. Here are some primary responsibilities:

  • Welcoming customers warmly; providing knowledgeable assistance regarding product details, pricing, and promotional offers, as well as information on store policies and locations
  • Managing daily inventory shipments, organizing the stockroom, and ensuring that all merchandise is processed and displayed according to company standards
  • Delivering exceptional customer service while handling all transactions, including refunds and exchanges, in line with company protocols
  • Assisting with fitting room operations, ensuring cleanliness and organization, and addressing customer inquiries effectively
Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Strong customer service skills, along with effective communication (both verbal and written) and time management abilities
  • The capability to maintain an organized stockroom environment
