We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Barn Worker to join our team at Iron Horse Performance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and well-being of our horses.

• Animal Care: Diagnose and address livestock health issues, groom horses for competitions and shows, and perform regular feeding and tending tasks.
• Task Organization: Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient completion of work.
• Work Environment: Work in a dusty, hot, and noisy environment with exposure to odours, wet/damp conditions, and all weather conditions.
• Work Setting: Work in an urban area with staff accommodation available.

• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Language: English language proficiency required.
• Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
