Your Role

As a Contract Security Officer, you will be tasked with safeguarding the well-being of employees, contractors, and visitors at the facility. You will also be responsible for environmental stewardship and the protection of company assets.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional and courteous security services to all individuals accessing the premises while upholding safety protocols
  • Act as a first responder in emergencies and manage both internal and external communications
  • Control and monitor communication, access, and alarm systems within the facility
  • Authorize and supervise hot work activities outside of workshops
  • Comply with C-TPAT regulations
  • Assist the HR team with managing call lists
  • Support the shipping department with logistical operations
  • Collaborate with various departments across the facility as required

Requirements

  • High School Diploma with at least 2 years of experience in industrial security
  • Bilingual proficiency is essential
  • Proficient computer skills are necessary
