• Understanding of indigenous cultures and experience incorporating First Peoples of Principles Learning into teaching methodologies.
• Background in facilitating outdoor educational experiences.
• Exemplary use of formative assessment techniques that foster student engagement and enhance learning.
• Proven experience in professional learning inquiries that inform teaching practices.
• Commitment to building strong relationships with parents and the community.
• Ability to differentiate instruction for all learners and co-plan for inclusivity and engagement.
