310T Apprentice

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 310T Apprentice to join our team at Webber, LLC. As a 310T Apprentice, you will play a critical role in assisting with the maintenance and upkeep of project vehicles and equipment.

* Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and diagnose vehicle and equipment malfunctions, performing repairs and replacements as needed under the guidance of a senior mechanic.
• Monitor, diagnose, and repair AVL systems and electronic driver's logs.
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles and equipment, detecting any malfunctions or damages and performing repairs or replacements as needed.
• Diagnose problems and vehicle operation issues, recommending changes of parts or other necessary services for the vehicle.
• Maintain daily maintenance records and reports, preparing cost estimates for repairs and service requests.
• Ensure all company vehicles and equipment are safe to pass inspections and comply with provincial standards and regulations.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in a related field.
• A valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.

As a 310T Apprentice, you will work in a fast-paced environment with routine exposure to outside weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold. You will be required to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and use manual and powered tools and equipment. You will also be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) appropriate to your job.
