Senior IT Analyst and Unified Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Analyst and Unified Communications Specialist to join our team at Equitable Bank. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for supporting the contact center platform and enterprise voice telephony platforms, ensuring seamless operations and resolving complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and resolve complex support tickets related to Unified Communications, including configuration, operations, and maintenance.
- Monitor and resolve incident and problem tickets related to Unified Communications issues.
- Support and configure scheduled changes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Monitor system capacity and performance, identifying potential issues and implementing solutions to ensure continuous seamless operation.
- Coordinate and schedule application patches, upgrades, and other technical activities with vendors and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to assess needs for application reconfigurations, make recommendations, and implement changes.
- Design, test, and implement telephony initiatives, ensuring resourceful and efficient solutions.
- Maintain and update documentation for telephony applications, including administration, help desk, and incident management.
- Monitor and measure performance against Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely and efficient implementation.
- Maintain and support call recording, WFO suite, monitoring, and reporting of telephony applications.
- Provide rotational on-call support outside of regular business hours.
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, Unified Communications, and telecom.
- Proven contact center experience, including PBX, ACD, IVR, skill-based routing, PowerShell scripting, reporting, enterprise voice solutions, CCaaS, and supporting CCaaS functions.
- Proven relationship building across business units, within a financial services company.
- Strong team player with ability to work with cross-functional internal support and external vendors.
- Experience working in high-volume, transaction-based businesses with excellence in customer service.
- Positive problem-solver with strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and relationship management abilities.
