At CBC/Radio-Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled AI Project Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our News Operations department, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and implementation of AI-powered projects that enhance our content creation and delivery capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, implementation, and assessment of complex AI projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish standards and guidelines for the responsible use of AI
  • Analyze data to identify efficiencies and optimize business processes
  • Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address potential risks and challenges
  • Facilitate communication and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful project outcomes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and training
  • 5+ years of experience in project and change management
  • Expertise in traditional, Agile, and hybrid project methodologies
  • Knowledge of media production and publication processes in a news environment
  • Ability to analyze data and derive business insights to inform project decisions
