Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Team Lead to oversee and manage sewer and watermain deficiency projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the work crew to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sewer and watermain deficiency projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project specifications.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the work crew, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and address any deficiencies or issues that arise during the project, collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and quality standards are met, preparing and submitting reports on project progress.
  • Train and mentor team members, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sewer and watermain construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices, methods, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
