About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Diversity Business Partner to join our team at Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving our diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Influencing Senior Leaders: Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement strategies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within our organization.
  • Program Development and Implementation: Design and implement programs that foster a culture of belonging, develop and advance diverse talent, and reduce the attrition of diverse talent.
  • Strategic Planning and Alignment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand and extend our DEI strategy into the R&D organization, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data-driven insights to determine the narrative, measure success, and advocate for change.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Build strong relationships with People and other cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Performance Metrics and OKRs: Establish, manage, and iterate on key performance indicators and OKRs specifically supporting the employee lifecycle within the Engineering, Product, and Security departments.
  • Alignment with Learning and Development: Ensure alignment with our Learning and Development team members and develop a long-term roadmap that will scale beyond R&D.
  • Monthly DIB Communication Strategy: Manage monthly DIB communication strategy in alignment with internal communications teams.
Requirements
  • Strong Knowledge of DEI Principles: Possess a deep understanding of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging principles, best practices, and legal considerations.
  • Program Development and Implementation: Experience in building programs from the ground up, establishing measures of success, and leveraging strong communication to influence strategy.
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven Analytical Skills: Proven analytical skills with experience in using data to drive decisions and measure impact.
  • Passionate about Creating an Inclusive Workplace: Demonstrates a passion for creating an inclusive and equitable workplace.
