Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Support Staff member to assist in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of food preparation and service.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Work Environment

The ideal candidate should be open to relocation and thrive in a fast-paced culinary setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, and equipment.
  • Receive, unpack, and organize supplies in appropriate storage areas such as refrigerators and cupboards.
  • Manage kitchen waste by removing garbage and trash regularly.
  • Perform floor maintenance by sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing.
  • Assist in food preparation by washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
Physical Demands

This position requires the ability to stand for extended periods and engage in physically demanding tasks.

  • Strong client focus and reliability are essential.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Experience Requirements

Applicants should have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role. This is a permanent position requiring 30 to 40 hours of work per week.
