  • Load buspans and trays with clean dishes and utensils.
  • Operate dishwashers to wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and flatware.
  • Store clean dishes and utensils in designated areas.
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand as needed.
  • Use manual and electrical appliances to clean and prepare foodstuffs.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, cupboards, and storage areas.
  • Handle and store cleaning products safely.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash regularly.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. The successful candidate will be able to work in a team setting and maintain a high level of productivity.

Physical Demands

The Dishroom Attendant will be required to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and work in a standing position for extended periods.

Personal Suitability

We are looking for a candidate who is a team player, reliable, and client-focused. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
