Job Description

Aramark is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodial Services Worker to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our operations and locations.

As a Custodial Services Worker, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment, adhering to established procedures and protocols, and reporting any maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Responsibilities
  • Adhere to established procedures to provide a safe working environment, including aligning with OSHA, state/local, federal, and Aramark regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly environment to project the safety and health of others.
  • Accurately maintain and clean housekeeping equipment.
  • Clean assigned areas to Aramark and client standards and requirements.
  • Follow procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transport it to designated areas.
  • Report maintenance concerns via work order requests to appropriate personnel.
  • Secure the facility, ensuring building is locked/unlocked as required.
  • Ensure security of company assets.
Requirements
  • Previous custodial experience preferred.
  • Able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals.
  • Maintains friendly, efficient, positive guest service demeanor towards guests, clients, and co-workers.
  • Adaptable to guests' needs.
