About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Lynn's Executive Cleaning Service Inc. as a Cleaning Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweeping and Mopping: Ensure all floors are clean and free of debris.
  • Dusting and Polishing: Dust all furniture and polish floors to a high shine.
  • Vacuuming and Cleaning: Vacuum all carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, and clean windows, walls, and ceilings.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items in a timely manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide basic information to customers and address any complaints or concerns.
  • Trash and Debris: Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Possess a Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
  • Security Clearance: Have a valid criminal record check.
  • Physical Abilities: Be able to work independently, handle heavy loads, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Work Conditions: Be able to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments.
  • Weight Handling: Be able to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as needed.
