This role presents a permanent opportunity with a focus on maintaining and enhancing network operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute the Managed Services Portfolio utilizing the N-Central Remote Monitoring and Management platform.
  • Deliver proactive maintenance services and generate reports for Managed Service clients.
  • Conduct break-fix services on servers and network printers (Level -2 incidents).
  • Perform technical interventions and root cause analysis for network infrastructure, SAN/NAS, data backup, and email-related incidents (Level-3).
  • Leverage scripting capabilities in Microsoft Active Directory to improve customer environments.
  • Document the IT landscape of clients along with the necessary Runbook.
  • Oversee service incidents that necessitate escalation and on-site intervention.
  • Promptly log updates into the Ticketing System following each intervention.
  • Ensure system performance and uphold information security standards.
  • Engage with clients during service interventions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Remain informed about emerging technologies and take part in training programs.
Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of relevant experience in a comparable position.
  • In-depth knowledge of PC and printing environments, Microsoft Windows, and business applications.
  • Intermediate to advanced expertise in Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange Server, and Active Directory.
  • Experience with LAN, WAN, wireless devices, data backup, and remote management tools.
  • Understanding of firewall principles, switch configurations, and NAS/SAN devices.
  • CompTIA certifications are mandatory.
  • Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
