About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Truck Dispatcher Coordinator to join our team at GBS Enterprises Ltd. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and ensuring timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Accurate Records

Ensure that all work records and logs are up-to-date and accurate, including mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses.

Monitor Workload and Locations

Keep track of personnel workloads and locations to optimize dispatching and ensure efficient operations.

Provide Traffic Updates

Advise vehicle operators of traffic and other problems to minimize delays and ensure safe transportation.

Dispatch Personnel

Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, taking into account factors such as workload, location, and traffic conditions.

Follow-up on Work Orders

Follow up on issues with work orders to ensure timely resolution and minimize disruptions to operations.

Knowledge of Regulations

Have a strong understanding of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
