Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports as required.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to a diverse range of prospective clients.

  • Company Promotion: Understand and advocate for company programs and initiatives.
  • Contract Preparation: Prepare and submit sales contracts for customer orders.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
  • Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Must have at least a High School diploma or GED.
  • Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
  • Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • If currently employed by Sherwin-Williams, must have received a satisfactory performance appraisal.
  • If currently employed by Sherwin-Williams, must have completed all required HR Cloud eLearning courses.
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least one (1) year of experience as an Assistant Store or Branch Operations Manager for Sherwin-Williams.
  • Experience conducting outside sales calls.
  • Associate degree in business, sales, or marketing.
  • Prior experience selling paint and related products.
  • Familiarity with timekeeping and/or customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Willingness to relocate for future opportunities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in more than one language.
