Job Title: Fitness Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Leader to join our team at British Swim School Brampton. As a Fitness Leader, you will be responsible for leading fitness classes and programs for children and adults, promoting a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead fitness classes and programs for children and adults, including swim lessons, water aerobics, and other aquatic activities.
  • Develop and implement fitness programs that cater to diverse age groups and fitness levels.
  • Ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants, adhering to British Swim School Brampton's safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to participant inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other team members to promote the British Swim School Brampton brand and services.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as kinesiology, physical education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a fitness leadership role, preferably in an aquatic setting.
  • Current certifications in CPR, First Aid, and lifeguarding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse age groups and fitness levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service and safety.
