Job Title: Web Designer

We are seeking a skilled Web Designer to join our team at Technow Consultancy Services Inc. as a key member of our digital solutions team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet our clients' requirements. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify their website requirements and develop a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
  • Consult with clients to develop and document website requirements, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
  • Determine hardware and software requirements to achieve optimal server performance and ensure the website is scalable and secure.
  • Develop website architecture and design, taking into account user experience, accessibility, and search engine optimization (SEO) best practices.
  • Prepare mock-ups and storyboards to visualize the website's layout and functionality.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to ensure our clients receive the best possible service.
  • Source, select, and organize information for inclusion and design the appearance, layout, and flow of the website.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies and procedures to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Create and optimize content for the website using a variety of graphics, database, animation, and other software.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to ensure the website is secure, reliable, and meets our clients' needs.
  • Research and evaluate a variety of interactive media software products to ensure we are using the best tools for the job.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle to ensure quality, security, and reliability.
  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop website graphics, content, capacity, and interactivity.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls to ensure the website meets our clients' requirements and is secure and reliable.
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide ongoing support to our clients to ensure their needs are met.
