  • Wash and clean baking supplies, adhering to sanitation and cleaning procedures.
  • Check products for damage or expiration, documenting any issues in the shrink binder.
  • Participate in cleaning the bakery area, coolers, floors, oven, and other equipment.
  • Actively engage with colleagues to promote a positive company culture and encourage teamwork.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited school system or program.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a customer-focused role.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure, maintaining a professional image.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently with minimal supervision.
