Interior Health Authority is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in Kamloops, BC.
About the RoleWe are looking for a Physiotherapist to provide assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of programs to clients and/or their caregivers in a variety of community settings, including Home Health, Transition Team at Royal Inland Hospital, and rural coverage as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Provide assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of programs to clients and/or their caregivers
- Work in a client-centered approach and as an essential member of our interdisciplinary team
- Collaborate with Community Nursing, Occupational Therapists, Dietitians, Social Workers, Speech-Language Pathologists, and Respiratory Therapists
- Support seniors and others in accessing and navigating home and community care and chronic disease management services
- Provide care management support in the home assisting with interventions
