Key Responsibilities:- Store Operations: Oversee all store operations, including opening and closing procedures, store cleanliness, re-stocking, and merchandising, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming environment, greeting and acknowledging every customer, and being knowledgeable about products.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and support the team, ensuring they are equipped to provide outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including receiving and processing shipments, to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize losses.
- Visual Merchandising: Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to create an engaging and attractive store environment that drives sales and customer engagement.
- Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement in-store marketing initiatives, including promotions, events, and visual displays.
- Experience: Minimum 1-year retail experience, preferably in a visual merchandising or store operations role.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, an asset.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong time management and priority-setting skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
