We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Northern Health in Dawson Creek, BC. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide ongoing respiratory care to patients with a variety of illnesses and diseases, including acute and chronic cardio-respiratory conditions.
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct assessments and provide treatment to patients, using technical and therapeutic interventions as needed.
- Teach patients and families about respiratory care and disease management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in respiratory care.
- Graduation from a recognized Respiratory Therapy program.
- Current certification with the Canadian Society of Respiratory Therapists (CSRT) and eligibility for registration with the British Columbia Society of Respiratory Therapists (BCSRT) and CSRT.
- Current valid BC Driver's License.
- A competitive salary range of $37.89-$47.31 per hour.
