About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Fence Installer to join our team at Perfect Gates and Fences Inc. as a key member of our installation team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install high-quality fences for residential and commercial clients
  • Measure and mark locations for fence posts and panels
  • Cut and assemble fence panels and posts according to specifications
  • Install gates and other hardware as required
  • Ensure all installations meet company standards and quality control measures
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in the field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physically demanding tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and wear steel-toed safety boots
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliability and punctuality
Working Conditions
  • On the road job with varying work schedules
  • 35 to 40 hours of work per week
