We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Ridge Meadows Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Current registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives
- Graduation from an approved School of Nursing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
