Compensation Level: AT08.1 ($35.78 to $48.78)

Work Locations: Various Facilities

Shift Requirements: Must be available for Days, Evenings, Weekends, and On Call

Role Summary:

  • Proficient in executing a variety of radiography procedures with comprehensive knowledge of all relevant equipment.
  • Capable of conducting bone densitometry examinations.
  • Ensure a safe environment for colleagues, patients, and visitors.
  • Engage in the assessment and integration of new technologies and methodologies as necessary.
  • Collaborate with fellow diagnostic imaging professionals to maximize resource utilization.
  • Foster a patient-centered atmosphere.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required.

Important Note: The location of any position may be subject to change based on operational requirements.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Valid registration with the CMRITO and CAMRT.
  • Adherence to continuing education requirements set by the CMRTO and CAMRT.
  • Previous experience in General Radiography is preferred.
  • Accreditation as a Densitometry Technologist (ADT) or equivalent training is advantageous.
  • Preference for candidates with documented training in DXA equipment and quality assurance procedures.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated excellence in patient care and teamwork.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A positive attendance and work history is essential.
