Job Title: Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to join our team at Atlas-Apex Roofing (Saskatchewan) Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the activities of subcontractors and tradespeople
  • Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Plan and organize daily construction schedules and milestones
  • Select and hire subcontractors and manage their activities
  • Plan and manage budgets for construction projects
  • Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
  • Develop and implement risk management plans
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
