Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers with product inquiries, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Assist customers with locating merchandise, making purchase decisions, and answering product-related questions.
  • Merchandising and Stocking
    • Process and stock all fashion merchandise in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensure that the sales floor area is clean and tidy, and that merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
  • Visual Merchandising
    • Merchandise non-modular fashion items in a visually appealing and attractive manner.
    • Ensure that proper fixtures and supplies are used and replaced as necessary.
  • Seasonal Merchandising
    • Replenish and merchandise seasonal merchandise in a timely manner to ensure that customers have access to the latest products.
Requirements
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience
    • Previous retail or customer service experience an asset.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
