Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations to meet their expectations.
  • Sales and Delivery: Collaborate with customers to schedule test drives, finalize sales, and ensure a seamless delivery experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on Tesla's product offerings, features, and benefits to provide accurate and compelling information to customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales and delivery process, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including preparing and staging vehicles for delivery.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely completion of customer documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (French as a second language is an asset).
  • Customer Service Experience: Minimum 1+ year of customer service and/or sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with the automotive industry and Tesla's products.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Availability: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
