We are currently seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to join our F Wing (Acute Medicine/Telemetry) team. This role is vital in our mission to serve the community with values of Kindness, Accountability, Respect, and Teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will undertake the responsibilities associated with the role of a Registered Practical Nurse within the F Wing (Acute Medicine/Telemetry) unit.

The Registered Practical Nurse will be accountable for delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to individuals with predictable health outcomes. Collaborating as part of an interdisciplinary health team, the RPN will operate within their full scope of practice, adhering to the nursing philosophy and standards established by Headwaters Health Care Centre, the College of Nurses of Ontario, and the Regulated Health Professions Act legislation.

Required Qualifications:
Valid Registered Practical Nurse certification from the College of Nurses of Ontario Minimum one year of recent experience in managing acute medical patients (preferred) Completion or enrollment in Coronary Care 1 (completion preferred) IV certification or current enrollment Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification Certification in Gentle Persuasive Approach Acceptable performance and attendance records (for internal applicants only) Salary Information:
Starting salary of $37.049
