We're seeking a seasoned Vice President of Product Marketing to join our team and drive our mission to make security simple and accessible for both businesses and individuals.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead and expand our product marketing efforts, bringing deep expertise in cybersecurity and extensive experience in SaaS leadership. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our product and messaging strategy, positioning us as leaders in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) category.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute successful product marketing strategies in a dynamic technology environment, including geo-expansion.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partnerships teams to ensure cohesive and impactful product marketing strategies.
  • Lead the product launch process to bring new innovations to market, raise customer awareness of new capabilities, and drive adoption and usage.
  • Oversee the creation of high-impact content that communicates our value proposition, including sales pitch decks, white papers, case studies, product videos, and webpages.
  • Support the marketing team with demand generation campaigns that resonate with our customers and drive adoption.
Requirements
  • 10+ years in product marketing within the cybersecurity space is required, and 5+ years in a leadership role with a SaaS product company is necessary.
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies in a dynamic technology environment, including geo-expansion.
  • Market Insight: Deep understanding of IAM products, market dynamics, and customer needs.
What We Offer
  • Annual base salary for this role is between $269,000 USD and $363,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
