Business Operations Manager

As an integral part of MB Master Auto, the Office Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage various office tasks and support our team in achieving operational excellence.
Qualifications- Education: Certificate or diploma in a relevant field
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset
- Develop and implement new administrative processes to enhance efficiency
- Assess and refine existing administrative procedures to ensure optimal performance
- Set work priorities and guarantee adherence to established procedures and timelines
- Manage policies and procedures related to record release in compliance with applicable legislation
- Organize and coordinate office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
- Assist in preparing the operational budget while maintaining inventory and financial controls
- Compile data and generate regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Oversee and streamline office administrative procedures
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work independently while demonstrating strong organizational skills, reliability, and a collaborative spirit.
