About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our team at Parsons Corporation. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for providing expert support in the administration of complex prime contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and understand the project scope, technical requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, draft contractual correspondence, and maintain digital records.
- Assist the Contract Manager in administering prime contract functions, including correspondence, reports, and dispute resolution.
- Monitor and flag contractual deadlines and concerns in advance.
- Support the development of management reports, resolve contractual issues, and avoid disputes.
- Attend regular and ad-hoc meetings to support and fulfill required functions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Typically 5+ years of prime contract administration experience.
- Experience in contract administration, coordination, and/or management on a major or infrastructure design & build construction project.
- Familiarity with basic legal documents, contracts, correspondence, and alternate dispute resolution process.
- Previous experience in fixed price lump sum contracts.
Desirable Skills:
- Light Rail Transit project experience.
- Experience in P3 projects.
- Experience using applications like SharePoint and Aconex.
- Knowledge on project scheduling and delay analysis.
- Knowledge on project costs and commercial concepts.
