- Manage group bookings and coordinate arrivals and departures.
- Handle room reservations, including modifications and cancellations.

- Assist guests with specific needs to ensure a pleasant stay.
- Facilitate guest check-outs, process payments, and calculate charges.
- Perform administrative tasks such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.
- Answer incoming calls and relay messages efficiently.
- Contact guests for wake-up calls as requested.
- Ensure compliance with safety and emergency protocols.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems.
- Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods.
