Position Overview

The Retail Operations Supervisor at RAINBOW GAS SHELL plays a crucial role in overseeing daily activities within our retail service establishment. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and possess strong leadership skills.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role
Work Environment

As a supervisor, you will be working in a fast-paced retail setting, where attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and guide staff, including apprentices and design teams
  • Manage inventory and order merchandise as needed
  • Authorize merchandise returns and handle sales transactions
  • Coordinate activities among team members and ensure smooth operations
  • Handle cash management and supervise office staff
Transportation Requirements

Own transportation is necessary for this role.

Physical Demands

The position requires:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Engagement in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
