Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Management Supervisor to join our team at United Coastal Logistics Ltd. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless inventory management.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment and machinery used in inventory management.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to minimize downtime and optimize inventory management.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train workers in inventory management duties and policies.
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure employees are meeting inventory management goals.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Organize and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient inventory management.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
