Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement EPL's social media strategy while enhancing its presence across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Assist in crafting EPL's advertising initiatives, encompassing online, print, radio, and outdoor campaigns.
  • Write, edit, and proofread internal and external communications, including newsletters, blogs, and content marketing materials, while also supporting the creation of various print and digital collateral.
  • Contribute to EPL's public websites and staff intranet by writing, editing, updating content, and analyzing website metrics.
  • Support EPL's digital communications strategy by developing and executing multimedia projects, including customer testimonials and videos.
  • Help plan and execute large-scale initiatives such as fundraising events and branch openings.
  • Oversee the planning, development, and execution of small to medium-sized marketing and communications campaigns.

Job Requirements:

  • A related post-secondary diploma or degree from a recognized institution.
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience in a public sector, institutional, or commercial organization.
  • Proven experience managing social media channels, including paid advertising.
  • Familiarity with web editing tools and mass email platforms is preferred.

Note: This position typically follows a weekday schedule, with occasional evening and weekend shifts required. Employees in the Marketing and Communications Division may have variable hours of work based on operational needs.
