About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dance Instructor to join our team at the Victoria Royal Conservatory of Art Ltd. as a key member of our artistic staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Education: Develop and deliver high-quality dance instruction to students of all levels, focusing on technique, artistic expression, and performance quality.
  • Performance and Production: Collaborate with our artistic team to create and produce engaging dance performances, including choreography, staging, and costume design.
  • Student Development: Provide guidance and mentorship to students, helping them to achieve their full potential and prepare for auditions and performances.
  • Artistic Direction: Contribute to the development of our dance program, including curriculum design, faculty development, and artistic vision.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Work effectively with colleagues, students, and parents to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Experience in dance instruction, performance, and production is essential
  • Skills: Excellent teaching and communication skills, strong artistic vision, and ability to work collaboratively
Working Conditions
