Job Title: Transportation Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Supervisor to join our team at Sembhi Transport Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Transportation Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the daily activities of our transportation team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient logistics management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train workers in duties and policies, and conduct performance reviews to ensure high standards are met.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics to ensure the smooth operation of our transportation services.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in transportation or logistics management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
