About the Role

Flynn Group of Companies, a leading trade contractor in North America, is seeking an Enterprise Application Technical Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) applications, including Dynamics SL 2015, Remote Desktop Services, Preceptive Content, SAP SuccessFactors, HardCat, and xCart.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for our COTS applications, including troubleshooting, upgrades, integrations, and performance analysis.
  • Develop and implement strategies to address problem areas with our core solutions, including continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with various technical and non-technical teams to troubleshoot and implement recommendations and solutions.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining system architecture maps and system documentation.
  • Develop and implement project plans and work demands of the team, ensuring realistic deadlines and collaboration with the Project Management Office.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong customer service focus with demonstrated skills in supporting users to address issues and concerns.
  • Performance tuning, server configuration, indexes analysis, backup and recovery, T-SQL development, disaster recovery, refreshes, upgrades, and patches.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, learn and use various software applications, and work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
