About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Acupuncturist to join our team at Lifemark, Canada's largest physiotherapy company. As a passionate advocate for enriching the health of Canadians through movement, you will be part of a dynamic out-patient clinic environment that fosters collaboration and learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning
  • Utilize superior technique to provide effective treatment approaches, decreasing pain and improving mobility
  • Work collaboratively with other rehabilitation professionals to deliver exceptional patient care
  • Document treatment sessions and recommendations using e-charting software
  • Network to promote Lifemark's Acupuncturist program and Registration with the College of Acupuncturists of Alberta
  • Communicate effectively with external stakeholders and client referral sources
  • Manage a fast-paced caseload in a multidisciplinary environment
Requirements
  • Fully licensed Acupuncturist in Alberta
  • Registered (member in good standing) with the College of Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Alberta
  • Experience treating clients with 2-5 years work experience in an outpatient setting is a strong asset
  • Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture expertise
  • Interest in a treatment-based approach and complex injuries
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work cooperatively with others
