We are currently seeking a Grocery Associate to join our team.
Key Responsibilities of the Grocery Associate- Delivering exceptional customer service;
- Monitoring popular items, creating and restocking displays.
- Excellent customer service abilities;
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively;
- Aptitude for managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
- Willingness to assist in various areas and on the cash register.
This role requires availability for daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
Physical Requirements of the PositionThe physical demands outlined here are representative of those that must be fulfilled by an Associate to effectively execute the essential functions of this role. While carrying out the responsibilities of this position, the Associate is frequently required to:
- Stand and/or walk.
- Bend, twist, and squat.
- Lift and/or move items weighing up to 18 kg (40 lbs.).
- Engage in tasks requiring firm grasping.
- Perform repetitive tasks that involve a variety of hand motions.
- Reach above shoulder height and below waist level.
- Operate equipment, including the use of a ladder.
