Job Title: Barber Shop Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Barber Shop Manager to join our team at BANGS STUDIO INC.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our barber shop, ensuring that all staff members are trained and equipped to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff, plan and control budget and inventory, and hire, train, and supervise staff.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide a positive experience for all clients.
  • Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Supervision: 3-4 people.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
