Position Overview

The Bottle Depot Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the depot, ensuring efficiency and quality in service delivery.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role is essential.
Key Responsibilities
  • Address and resolve operational challenges while providing technical guidance to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Manage the recruitment and hiring processes for new staff members.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees on their roles and company policies.
  • Coordinate and arrange ongoing training opportunities for team members.
  • Develop and implement work schedules and operational procedures.
