Job Title: Flatbed Truck Driver

Hesmer Transport is seeking a skilled Flatbed Truck Driver to join our team. As a Flatbed Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently across various routes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and adjust routes to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions using computer equipment and GPS devices.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
  • Obtain necessary permits and documents for international routes.
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials.
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections and perform maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with central dispatch and relay information as required.
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
  • Ensure the safety and security of cargo during transportation.
  • Transport and handle hazardous materials safely.
Requirements:
  • AZ class license.
  • Bill of lading and driver logbook knowledge.
  • Inspection report experience.
  • Flatbed truck operation skills.
Work Environment:

Hesmer Transport offers a permanent work arrangement with 30-40 hours of work per week. The work language is English, and the work term is permanent.
