E-Store Manager

At Glentel Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wireless Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
About the Role:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Engage customers in sales activities and provide ongoing training, coaching, and development to improve their skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales representatives, providing feedback and implementing performance improvement plans as needed.
- Oversee inventory levels and implement a strategy to minimize shrinkage and inventory turnover.
- Manage product placement, signage, and displays to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Adhere to store level budgets by effectively managing expenses, labor costs, and financial performance.
