Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Speech Therapy Assistant to join our team at My Empower Therapy Inc. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in supporting patients with various injuries or disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist healthcare professionals in the delivery of speech therapy services
  • Carry out treatment programs under the direction of physiotherapists and/or occupational therapists
  • Supervise technical and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Administer evaluative tests and procedures to assess patient progress
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with patients and healthcare professionals
  • Teach and/or supervise exercises to patients to promote rehabilitation and independence
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
