Job Skills / Requirements

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Parking Compliance Officer to join our dedicated enforcement team.

Parking compliance officers serve as mobile patrols responsible for upholding parking regulations in designated zones. This includes monitoring for violations and issuing precise citations while fostering a respectful and professional rapport with clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Enforce parking regulations based on permits, time limits, and accuracy of parking. Address complaints, evaluate violations, determine corrective measures, and enforce regulations with fairness and sound judgment. Monitor assigned areas, document, and compile accurate and detailed reports of activities and incidents. Deliver exceptional customer service, providing information regarding parking facilities, such as pay station locations and usage. Adhere to all relevant traffic and safety regulations. Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:

Possession of a valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong customer service abilities. Excellent problem-solving skills. Proficient in English (both written and verbal); additional languages are a plus. Keen attention to detail, investigative capabilities, and proficiency in evidence gathering. Familiarity with technology, including Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and handheld devices. Commitment to following safe work practices, policies, and procedures. Ability to read maps confidently and navigate to specific locations efficiently. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Capability to wear a uniform and maintain a professional appearance. Shift: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (8-hour shifts) 5 days a week (Monday to Sunday)
Full-time Position (5 days per week)
Starting wage: $20.00 per hour
