About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
    • Portion and wrap foods for serving.
    • Package take-out food for customers.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
    • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
    • Scour pots and pans to maintain kitchen hygiene.
  • Inventory Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
    • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas.
  • Customer Service
    • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
    • Take customers' orders and handle transactions.
  • General Maintenance
    • Keep records of the quantities of food used.
    • Remove kitchen garbage and trash.
    • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
Work Environment

As a Kitchen Helper, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. You will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work under pressure.
